If you have received a bill from the lab or radiology for services rendered through Garden State Physicians you need to contact your insurance and the lab or radiology department that performed your services directly. Our office will not be able to help you with these bills.

Many patients nowadays have co-insurances or deductibles so prior to contacting us please review your EOB (Explanation of Benefits) or contact your insurance company to check if your bill falls under these categories.
